2. Prepaid Orders Only Your Gem House accepts prepaid payments only via UPI or card. No Cash on Delivery is available.
3. Product Authenticity All gemstones and crystals sold by Your Gem House are 100% natural and hand-selected. Slight variations in colour, size, and texture are natural characteristics of genuine gemstones and are not considered defects.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement Customers must record an uncut 360° unboxing video (showing the shipping label, all sides of the parcel, and the opening process) and submit it within 1 hour of delivery. Failure to provide this video will result in the rejection of any complaint regarding missing, wrong, or damaged items.
5. Order Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. Your Gem House is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
